As a Senior Business Analyst, the term "chain" is, of course, a crucial element. Working from a chain perspective is becoming increasingly important here, and you’ll be the driving force behind it. You identify improvements wherever possible and act as the bridge between the business and IT. Your focus lies in gathering requirements from the business teams, which you then translate to the DevOps development teams. Business cases, impact analyses, process reviews – it’s all in your wheelhouse.
Great. And do I need to be experienced?
Let’s say at least 5 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst. Preferably from the financial sector or fintech world, where you’ve learned to work with Agile and Scrum methods. A Product Backlog and/or kanban board are not new to you, and your analytical skills are top-notch. Improvement is in your DNA, and you know how to achieve it. You’ll utilize your innovative and intellectual skills.

The monthly salary ranges from €4,500 to €6,500 gross per month. Additionally, you’ll receive holiday pay, there’s a collective health insurance, and your pension is sorted.
