Of course, you are eager to solve technical issues in the best way possible while keeping track of product improvement possibilities. Client satisfaction levels are upheld as a result of maintaining and managing the products and services by achieving, and preferably exceeding, the service levels agreed with their clients. It would be more than convenient if you have experience and/or knowledge of Linux (RHEL/CentOS), Networking(TCP/IP), Ansible, SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle), monitoring software, Docker, Apache Cassandra, ITIL (not to be forgotten), Telco infra, Bash and more.
