If there’s one thing that’s certain, it’s that the world will look very different after corona. Including the world of hospitality. Competition will be fierce and guests more demanding. Only those who were smart enough to prepare, will be left standing. Giants like Hilton Hotels and the Hard Rock Cafe – the ones who were smart enough to use this downtime to transform their industry and re-imagine the guest experience.

Fortunately for them, the future is now. Because this company has developed a unique platform to not only automate a lot of the processes going on in hotels but also seriously improve the guest experience. By using IoT, the platform merges the physical and digital world and allows the hotel staff to cater to their guests’ every need. From Check-in to Check-out, nothing stays the same.

So, where do I come in?

As the soon to be Accountmanager, your goal is to grow the business as much as possible. You will work directly under the Director of Sales and execute the carefully developed sales strategy. From generating leads and building relationships, to managing the sales process in the CRM and, of course, closing deals. Whether it be in-person, through conferences and trade shows, or simply by supporting your colleagues.

It’s essential to always know what’s going on, which is why you will develop close relationships with many of the key players in the hospitality industry. By working closely with the team and focusing on the challenges your clients face, you are able to show them exactly how your solution can transform their business.

Sounds great, what can I bring?

It almost goes without saying that you’ll need solid sales, account management, and negotiation experience. Most importantly, in the hospitality industry. Experience is not unimportant, but a strong network within the hospitality industry and an understanding of the technology used, will make a world of difference. From standard procedures like check-in and check-out, to technology standards like API’s. Secondly, a passion for sales. The drive to connect with people from all over the world and scaling your business.

If you do well, you won’t have to. You will start with a base salary up to €65.000 gross a year and enjoy excellent secondary benefits.
